Receptionist – Leading Hedge Fund
Salary is commensurate with experience : $75-120k base + bonus eligible + EXCELLENT benefits package
Location: Midtown East NYC on site 5 days/week Monday - Friday
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm with flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a professional office environment; finance experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Be able to self-prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to focus on detail and accuracy
Core Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests, including investors and executives
• Answer main phone line
• Manage office pantry, office supplies and help with facilities
• Facilitate messenger/courier services as needed
• Coordinate conference room requests and organize conference room schedules and office catering
• Partner with other receptionist to provide coverage and backup support
• Process expense reports using Concur
• Collaborate with the administrative team
