We are growing! Our processing and distribution teams are expanding. The ship products nationally. The Production Administrative Assistant will be reporting directly to the Directory and will have room to grow and develop.

This is a full-time position, casual working environment, no slip shoes required, bilingual English Spanish highly-preferred, must have solid basic computer skills, experience working with inventory, and excellent data entry skills.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Consulting Production Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in a range of tasks, from inventory management to data entry, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
2. Manage inventory, ensuring accurate records and implementing effective inventory control measures.
3. Conduct regular cycle counts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
4. Utilize ERP systems to track production data and generate reports.
5. Perform data entry tasks, including alphanumeric and numeric input, with a high level of accuracy.
6. Use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to create spreadsheets, manage data, and produce reports.
7. Maintain an organized filing system for production documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of production policies and procedures.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Experience with ERP systems.
4. Strong alphanumeric and numeric data entry skills, with proficiency in ten-key input.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
