As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to launch or grow a private practice with the support of Headway, which helps mental health clinicians navigate insurance and billing processes. This role requires certification and offers an hourly wage of $95-$130, with comprehensive support for both clinicians and clients to ensure accessible mental health care.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
• LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
