KeyStaff’s client, one of Florida's oldest and most respected multi-service law firms, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at the firm's principal office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including Family Law, Environmental Law, Immigration Law, and Securities Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Position is onsite/in-office in Palm Beach Gardens office
• Represent sophisticated clients, including commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and landlords/tenants, in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including residential, self-storage, warehouse, office, industrial, mixed-use, and gas station properties, as well as office-condominium transactions.
• Manage complex transactional work, including:
• Acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on purchase and sale agreements.
• Construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
• Commercial leasing, with an emphasis on anchor and junior-anchor shopping center lease transactions.
• Construction and development, including preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents.
• Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, declarations, and association documents.
• Managing survey, title, and due diligence review processes.
• Conduct detailed research and provide strategic analysis for clients.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong legal judgment, business acumen, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A strong work ethic, capable of managing files independently while collaborating with team members.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Including:
• Licensed to practice law in Florida with membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong research and analytical skills are required.
