Our projects
The foundation's projects are categorized into three specific areas: For Emerging Artists, Professional Artists, and Education Professionals.
View projectsThe Impact of Music and Art on Health
Scientific research has shown that a lack of emotional expression can lead to the somatization of these emotions, which in turn can cause illnesses, especially autoimmune conditions.
For this reason, our goal is to promote personal growth through Culture and Education, teaching people to communicate their emotions using art as a universal language.
We work on creating educational spaces and opportunities that foster the holistic development of artistic skills, grounded in principles of neuroscience.

Emerging Artists
For those who are learning any form of art, whether they are children or adults, we offer opportunities for growth and learning. We aim to provide courses, workshops, masterclasses, and other in-person opportunities from Concepción, Chile
Professional Artists
For professional artists, we want to offer the chance to showcase their art, whether through concerts, exhibitions, or related events, both in Chile and Europe. Additionally, we offer them the opportunity to give back by providing courses, workshops, or masterclasses to emerging artists.
Education Professionals
For education and psychology professionals, we want to offer the opportunity to teach children, youth, and adults through courses and workshops, helping them learn to channel and express their emotions through the arts.
Foundation Projects
Here are the projects currently being prepared by the Novae Foundation:
Designed for piano students and aspiring pianists with a genuine interest in learning and perfecting the art of instrumental and vocal accompaniment.
Currently, our country lacks opportunities and platforms for pianists to enter the world of accompaniment, which requires various related disciplines for execution: languages, orchestral knowledge, vocal and/or instrumental understanding, musical dialogue, among others.
This project aims to bring renowned foreign pianists who specialize in this area to the region to provide firsthand teaching to the community, with a track record and experience in education.
This project aims to delve into the world of art as a communication tool inherent to human beings, from a scientific perspective.
Art has been present in the lives of human beings since the beginning of our history and has taken on different forms as humans have adapted to their environment. It has become a language that communicates with us even across time.
Under the motto “understanding is relieving,” we aim to facilitate instances that encourage reflection and understanding of how our minds function in this field.
Focused on creating spaces that contribute to showcasing professional artists in the diversity of their fields, thereby supporting the cultural job market, especially in the Biobío region, without excluding the possibility of expanding to other regions and abroad.
We also aim to expand the opportunities for developing art on stage during the student training process.
Scientific evidence supports the fact that music and art in general positively stimulate the human brain, especially during early childhood. Qualities such as discipline, memory, teamwork, and many others are reinforced through musical learning. For this reason, we are interested in creating spaces where children can receive group musical training, learn songs, play instruments, and be part of a small choir.
Many great voices and internationally acclaimed artists have emerged from the Eighth Region. Therefore, we want to expand the possibilities for artists to develop their skills without necessarily leaving the region to achieve their goals.
We believe it’s possible to provide comprehensive training for opera singers, including vocal lessons, body expression, languages, and more. In addition, we aim to establish opera seasons that serve as an ideal platform for putting what they’ve learned into practice.
